I’ve been using Crazy Richard’s powdered peanut butter for a while now, but recently I feel like I’ve lost the taste for it.
The great thing about this powdered peanut butter is that it’s zero points for 1 tablespoon, and you really can’t beat that.
Yesterday I was feeling super hungry in the afternoon and desperate for a filling snack.
I decided to go with regular peanut butter and apples. It’s been ages since I’ve had regular peanut butter.
Regular peanut butter is three points for one tablespoon, and one tablespoon is not that much peanut butter.
So, in a stroke of genius, or so I tell myself, I added one tablespoon of powdered peanut butter, with water, to the regular peanut butter for no extra points.
I also sprinkled a little salt since I now find regular peanut butter to be too sweet.
I also added 13 Lily’s chocolate chips for an additional zero points.
This was an amazing snack, and I literally wiped that bowl clean with each apple slice.
I think this is going to be a staple for me.
Plus it gets me to actually eat apples 🍎
