Growing up, McDonald’s Egg McMuffin was the best breakfast. We didn’t have it often, but when we did, it was a morning celebration.
I admittedly haven’t eaten at McDonald’s for around 25 years, but I still remember the joy those little egg and cheese muffins gave me.
Breakfast sandwiches are still my favorite breakfast, and finding Weight Watchers friend let versions has been a mission of mine.
Today I had egg whites, everything seasoning, and Laughing Cow Creamy Swiss, on a Thomas’ light English muffin, and I ate it in about twelve seconds.
Inhaling it would be a more accurate description or the time the sandwich and I shared.
I didn’t even take the time to take a better picture because I didn’t want to wait another second to start eating this bad boy.
I had blueberries on the side, and of course my morning coffee with sugar free pumpkin creamer.
All together it was a 6 point breakfast, and an awesome way to start the day.
