The Perfect 23 Point Day

Yesterday was a 23 point day, which is my exact recommended point amount for weight loss.

For breakfast I had steel cut oats with walnuts and bananas, my favorite oatmeal combo, along with blueberries and almonds, and strawberries and walnuts. With egg whites and fat free salsa. And coffee with almond milk.

For lunch I had pasta salad made with 1/2 cup of prepared pasta, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, kalamata olives, feta cheese, and fat free balsamic dressing. It was really good, and honestly it felt good to eat pasta.

For snack I had a Kirkland Peanut Butter Chunk Protein Bar, my favorite. Pro tip for you, put these babies in the fridge before eating them. When you eat them warm they are super gooey, and I had to bite mine off the wrapper when I got down to the end.

For dinner I had a breakfast burrito and fruit salad. I got home late from shopping and wanted to eat quickly before it got too late.

The later I eat at night, the longer I have to wait in the morning to reach my 14 hours of fasting.

23 points all together, and I felt good all day. I love days like this!
