Meal Planning – Steel Cut Oats

I started making super creamy oats a little while back, and now I’m hooked.

For this batch, I used 1 cup of steel cut oats.

And 8 cups of water. I’ve learned that by doubling the water, the result is super creamy oatmeal.

I let the oats boil and cook down for about twenty minutes.

Then, I loaded up these four containers that will take me through the rest of the week.

I’m realizing that if I don’t have breakfast ready to go in the morning, I run the risk of making bad choices.

I’m going food shopping today, to restock my fridge and will definitely be making some strawberry and blueberry oats this week!
