Daily Harvest – Sweet Potato and Wild Rice Hash Halved and Amplified

Daily Harvest is getting into my good graces. Sure we had a rough start, but I’m starting to really love this stuff.

My dinner started with a harvest bowl.

And then I cooked some riced cauliflower, and egg whites with onions and peppers.

Of course I sprinkled the top with everything seasoning. And all together this was only a 3 point dinner.

I had to halve the Daily Harvest bowl, otherwise it would have been 7 points.

I only had three left for the night and this ended up being a big bowl!

My only complaint is that the avocado pieces were crunchy. Which is suuuuper unappealing when you’re expecting a soft buttery bite.

It was tasty though, and next time I have it, I’ll add some Parmesan cheese to really take it over the edge.
