Elliptical Training

One of my favorite features of my Apple Watch is the Activity Rings.

There’s one for calories burned, one for minutes of exercise, and one for hours standing.

I’m trying desperately to close my rings every day. It’s super easy when I run or get outside, but when I spend the day inside I struggle to meet my calorie and move goals.

Last night, just before bed, I spent 55 minutes on the elliptical and burned 385 calories. Rings closed!

Also, I slept like a rock!
